FAQ KLIBF / PBAKL 2026

1. How are the product prices calculated?

Since all products are originally from Indonesia, the prices displayed in the catalog have already been converted from Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) into Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), so you can shop directly using MYR pricing. 

2. When can I place my order?

Pre-order bookings are open from 10 May 2026 – 28 May 2026.

Orders will be processed normally, while shipment and collection will begin during the event period on 28 May – 7 June 2026.

3. How does the payment system work?

All orders use a full-payment system via CIMB Niaga or Touch ‘n Go to secure your booking and product availability.

4. How can I confirm that my order is verified?

After completing your payment, please upload your transfer receipt (screenshot or bank receipt photo) through the order form/page.

Once verified, we will send your order confirmation number via email.

5. Does the product price already include shipping fees?

No, shipping fees are not included in the product price during checkout.

You can choose one of these delivery options:

Option A — Self Collection at Booth

• Collect your order directly at the Yaumi Media Group Booth during PBAKL 2026 (29 May – 7 June).
• Simply show your payment receipt to our crew for verification.

Option B — Malaysia Local Shipping

• Your order can be shipped directly to your home within Malaysia.
• Shipping fees will be informed separately and paid upon delivery (COD).
